• What is the purpose of Developmental Appraisal (DA) and how does it impact on teachers?
• How can the OQMS system evaluate  individual teachers for salary progression, grade progression, affirmation of appointments as well as rewards and incentives?
• How can the system evaluate the overall effectiveness of a school as well as the quality of teaching and learning?
