Purpose: Performance Measurement (Resolution 1 of 2003) Schools has to identify their strong and weak points. They also have to determine where were non development in previous years, and what nature of these non-development are. After such analogy schools will be able to plan strategies for future plans to develop as to monitor and manage Institutions properly for the coming years. After the IQMS process teachers will be able to develop their PGPs which will assist schools in Educator Improvement plan.
